Dr. Amatul B. Khalid

Dr. Amatul's passion for medicine stems from a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of others. She firmly believes that medicine transcends faith, color, and race — at its core, compassion forms the foundation of all ten commandments of the profession.

Born into a middle-class family, Dr. Khalid’s journey to becoming a physician was made possible through the support of others. This experience instilled in her a lifelong commitment to helping those who face financial barriers to education.

Driven by this mission, she founded Hands In Hands with Help — an initiative aimed at empowering deserving women who are striving to achieve their goals but lack the financial means to do so. Dr. Khalid is dedicated to promoting women’s education, providing support to those who are oppressed, marginalized, or seeking independence and stability.

For Dr. Khalid, giving back is not just an obligation but a privilege. Having been blessed with success in her career, she views her role as a physician as one of many avenues through which she can uplift and serve humanity.
